How to Delete Your Data

To completely delete your account and all associated data, please follow these exact steps:

1. Log into the Spiritual Connect app.
2. Navigate to your Settings page.
3. Scroll down to the bottom to find the Danger Zone section.
4. Select Delete Account.

Understanding Your Options

Option 1: Deactivate Account (Temporary / Soft Delete)

• What it does: This temporarily hides your profile, comments, and activity from the public feed.
• Data Status: Your data is not erased from our servers; it is simply marked as inactive. You can recover your account and restore your public visibility at any time simply by logging back in.

Option 2: Delete Account (Permanent / Hard Delete)

• What it does: This is the nuclear option. Clicking this immediately logs you out and triggers our secure backend extension.
• Data Status: This permanently wipes your user profile, authentication records, and all associated personal data from our Firestore databases and Cloud Storage. This action is irreversible.
